One of the few wine-driven dining spots in the area, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant in downtown Oak Park (950 Lake Street) delivers a Napa-Valley-inspired dining experience and a modern atmosphere. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily. Dinner reservations are highly recommended.
Sample the latest wine selections from Cooper’s Hawk at a tasting experience in the Napa-Style Tasting Room, guided by a Tasting Room Attendant. Tastings include eight different wines and are walk-in only. After your tasting, purchase wine by the bottle, pick an irresistible fresh-made gourmet dessert from the bakery case, or browse the gift shop.
The Wine O’Clock menu, served Mondays through Fridays from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, features five appetizers, wines by the glass, and a sangria flight for a special price. Be sure to try the burrata bruschetta with Coppa salami and black truffle honey or the four cheese truffle arancini.
Brunch & Bubbles begins with a perfect mimosa or brunch sangria. Menu favorites include crème brûlée french toast, jammy eggs and avocado toast, and breakfast gnocchi carbonara. Don’t forget their to-die-for salted caramel doughnuts on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.
