Meet us where personal style is defined
At this boutique in La Grange, you are encouraged to find your personal style. The friendly team at Veni Vidi Val will help you find the right vibe and the right fit for both your closet and your home.
Veni Vidi Val sells small-batch clothing, handcrafted gifts, and artisan jewelry alongside pottery, soaps, kitchen gadgets, and more. If you’re looking for a gift, this is the place to be!
Owner Valerie Evans carefully selects each item that is sold at this unique boutique. She seeks beautiful and locally made clothing, gifts, and jewelry. New items arrive every week!
Veni Vidi Val's hours are Monday through Wednesday from 10am to 6pm, Thursday and Friday from 10am to 7pm, Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday from noon to 5pm.
Prices range at Veni Vidi Val, but you can snag a great pair of denim jeans for about $70 or a beautiful piece of canvas wall art for between $30 and $250.
Owner Valerie “Val” Evans will likely be on hand to welcome you into her store. Besides helping women find their personal fashion style, Evans is also passionate about her community and about giving back to that community.
She hosts an annual fundraiser called Comfy for a Cure in which 20 percent of her profits are donated to charities that help women who have breast cancer. Evans notes that the stats on this cancer are grim, with an estimated one in eight women developing breast cancer.
Since the majority of Evans’ customers are women, the annual fundraiser is a way to give back to both the community and to her patrons.
Located at 25 South La Grange Road, Veni Vidi Val is just a 0.1-mile walk from the La Grange Stop on the BNSF Metra Train.
