Meet us where the steak is charbroiled
This neighborhood steakhouse in La Grange serves prime steaks and seafood paired with fine wines from a curated list with more than 100 wine bottles.
We love the juicy Center Cut Filet, but you can choose from a list of delicious char-broiled steaks and chops. Choose a blue cheese, horseradish, peppercorn, or Parmesan crust, and select a topper like mushrooms, cognac peppercorn sauce, or red wine demi.
Or try out the seafood specials like the Shrimp and Grits with jumbo gulf shrimp, Spanish chorizo, scallions, and cheesy stone ground grits. If you prefer your jumbo shrimp soaked in garlic butter, try the Shrimp Dejonghe.
For a guilty pleasure, we also love the Meatloaf at Steak + Vine with its house-blended wagyu meatloaf, crispy fried onion, and zesty ketchup.
Pair your steak, seafood, or meatloaf with a delicious bottle of wine from France, California, or maybe Oregon’s Willamette Valley. If wine isn’t your thing, fill your glass from the extensive list of more than 50 bourbons and whiskeys.
You can also book special events and parties at this welcoming neighborhood restaurant.
Steak + Vine is open Monday through Thursday from 5pm to 8:30pm, Friday and Saturday from 4pm to 9:30pm, and Sunday from 4pm to 8pm.
The Center Cut Filet is $42 while the Meatloaf is $24. The Shrimp and Grits is $25 and the Shrimp Dejonghe appetizer is $15.
When a lifelong resident of the western suburbs teams up with a renowned Chicago chef, the result is Steak + Vine. Nick Gangas and Chef Michael Wilson (of Morton’s Chicago fame) are best friends and partners. Stop in at this friendly steakhouse to say hello!
