Meet us where thoughtful dishes are composed
The tenants of Posto 31 are fresh food, quality service, and honest hospitality. The pasta here is made fresh daily and the cocktails are made of fresh juices and quality spirits.
Posto 31 has been a proud part of La Grange Park since 2018. The staff not only work in the neighborhood, but they live here, too.
When you settle into a comfortable table in the dining room or on the patio, you’ll be asked to give your entire order to your servers so they can pace out your night without interruption.
You might want to start with a Posto 31 house libation like an Espresso Martini or a Smoked Old Fashioned. Then start with the Posto Meatballs or Crispy Brussel Sprouts with artichoke hearts, balsamic, and Calabrian chili honey.
For your fresh pasta, perhaps you’ll try the Gnocchetti Sardi with roasted mushrooms, chicken, caramelized onion, and breadcrumbs. Or the Rigatoni with sausage, cherry tomato, chili flakes, basil, and a vodka cream sauce.
Posto 31 is open Tuesday through Thursday from 5pm to 8:30pm, Friday and Saturday from 4pm to 9pm, and Sunday from 4pm to 8pm.
Starters at Posto 31 range between $7 and $14. Fresh pasta ranges between $15 and $21. Pizzas start at $16 and salads are about $12. Main dishes range from $13 to $33 for a Risotto with seared scallops, cherry tomatoes, and asparagus.
Craft cocktails are $12 each.
Chef Jason Korinek is the culinary genius behind Posto 31.
Posto 31 is located at 1017 East 31st Street in La Grange Park. It’s just over a one-mile walk from the Congress Park stop on the BNSF Metra Train or a 15-mile drive from downtown Chicago.
