Meet us where food and beer are celebrated
The belief at this restaurant is that the two greatest things that exist in the history of human civilization are food and beer. So at Monk’s Burger Bar, you’ll find a celebration of both.
At Monk’s, the ingredients are locally sourced, the food is made from scratch, and the atmosphere is relaxed. The staff pride themselves on great food, killer drinks, and top-notch service.
The gourmet burgers are a blend of Angus Chuck and short rib that are made in-house daily. Try the Monk Burger with bacon, smoked gouda sauce, crispy-fried shoestring onions, sauteed mushrooms, pepper relish, and beer mustard. Or the Wise Guy Burger with crispy prosciutto, pesto buffalo, mozzarella, tomato, and arugula served on a focaccia bun.
At this burger bar, the chefs like to play with their burger patties. So you’ll also find a Brisket Burger (slow-braised brisket), a Cuban Style Black Bean Burger (vegan), a Belly Burger (pork belly), a Mediterranean Burger (Colorado lamb), and an Elk Burger (all-natural elk).
And don’t get us started on the delicious starters! Monk Balls (fried-seasoned cheese curd and chipotle aioli), Sloppy Joe Egg Rolls (includes beer cheese), and Monk’s Beef Jerky (sliced sirloin marinated in soy sauce, garlic, and peppers).
Then there is the huge selection of Mac & Cheese options. Our favorite is the Mushroom Truffle with Chorizo.
There are 36 draft beer options available at Monk’s not to mention the craft cocktails. So you’ll never go thirsty! Of course, don’t forget about the delicious, handspun milkshakes!
Monk’s is open Monday through Wednesday from 4pm to 11pm, Thursday from 11am to 11pm, Friday and Saturday from 11am to midnight, and Sunday from 11am to 10pm. Stop in to check the daily specials!
The kitchen closes a little earlier than the restaurant’s hours. The kitchen at Monk’s closes Monday through Thursday at 10pm, Friday and Saturday at 11pm, and Sunday at 9:45pm.
National Burger Day is always a good time to visit Monk’s! On this day (May 28), the restaurant encourages you to eat your weight in burgers without judgment. Not that we are ever judging!
Starters at Monk’s Burger Bar are about $13. Burgers range from about $15 to $17.
