Meet us where the Antics Revolution is happening
The husband-and-wife owners of Burger Antics consider their restaurant more than just a spot for a juicy burger made from scratch. They consider their restaurant a revolution.
Daniel and Brenna Velcich say the Antics Revolution is the rejection of bland food and unadventurous drinks. This burger restaurant is an unpretentious gathering place for the community to enjoy some of the best burgers around.
Regulars keep a vigilant eye out for their favorite burger to get the coveted spot on the rotating weekly special board, but the regular menu never disappoints.
Try the Buff ‘N Stuff Burger with blue cheese crumbles, applewood-smoked bacon, and housemade buffalo sauce or the Montezuma’s Revenge with chorizo, pepper-jack cheese, and grilled habanero topped with a fried egg.
Get a little crazy with the Peanut Butter Bacon ‘N Jelly. The name says it all! You can also opt to build your own burger.
All of the ingredients are locally sourced and made from scratch right down to the catsup and mustard.
While the burgers will have you drooling, the artisanal cocktails will have you swooning. Try the Aged Eggnog with bourbon, dark rum, brandy, egg yolks, and freshly grated nutmeg.
Open Thursday through Sunday from 3 to 9pm. Carryout is available for burgers and for Antics Apothecary craft cocktails to go.
Burgers range from $13-$18. Classic and artisanal cocktails range from $10-$14.
Owners Daniel and Brenna Velcich will likely be grilling or mixing when you dig into the menu at Burger Antics. General Manager Daniel is a certified cicerone specializing in craft beer, spirits, and cocktails. Executive Chef Brenna is passionate about quality food.
If you don’t see the Vecichs on your visit, fear not. The duo prides themselves on excellent customer service, and they’ve built a team at Burger Antics to deliver it.
Burger Antics is located at 3740 Grand Boulevard in Brookfield. It’s just a two-minute walk from the Brookfield stop on the BNSF Railway.
