Meet us where the margaritas are legendary
Brothers Mexican Grill in Hillside serves Mexican and Puerto Rican fare for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Let’s start with breakfast, shall we? The Huevos a la Mexicana is scrambled eggs with tomatoes, onions, and peppers. The Chilaquiles Verdes o Rojos are chilaquiles covered in green or red sauce and smothered with cheese, sour cream, and avocado.
For lunch, we love the Posole, which is a pork and hominy soup or the Cuban Sandwich with roasted pork, ham, mayo, mustard, pickles, and Swiss cheese pressed between French bread and served with fries.
The Mexican Street Food menu is also a favorite at Brothers. Choose your street taco American style with lettuce and tomato, or Mexican style with onion and cilantro. The taco dinner is three tacos with your choice of filling, including steak, barbacoa, pastor, chorizo, beef tongue, and more.
We also love the Sizzling Fajitas in which you can choose two toppings to combine chicken, steak, or shrimp. If you’re having trouble choosing from this delicious menu, the combination meals are the answer. You can have skirt steak, chile relleno, and an enchilada all on one plate!
Pair it all with a legendary Brothers margarita or a Mexican bottled soda.
